Las fotos de la remodelación de la Plaza de España me permitieron conocer el caso histórico de Melgar.
¿Podrías decirme si en alguna de ellas puedo observar la calle Teófilo Ceballos donde funciona la Guardería Infantil?
Tengo entendido que la misma está muy cerca de la plaza.
