Every street closed under works & no signposted

We have quite clear that public works have to be carried out but they must be signposted, affected streets closed efficiently & leaving some streets for traffic to flow.

Pedestrians are taking the worst part. Some kind of gangways have to be put in place to access the streets by foot as well as to banks & businesses on the affected area. Some people have been told to jump over the trench, although it is dangerous. Kind of black joke, I guess.
